I wrote about the Lama Temple yesterday.

Or, I wrote about the subway to the Lama Temple.

It houses a 86 foot tall Buddha.  The Buddha was made out of one piece of Sandalwood and brought to this temple.

My guess is they built the temple around the Buddha because there doesn’t seem to be any way to stand it up after bringing it in unless they left one wall to be built after they moved it inside.
