I saw this, uh, piece of art, on the way to the Great Wall of China.
I didn’t see any farms that had these types of fruit.
However, there seems to be a huge fruit market somewhere around this area.
I loved the juxtaposition of amazingly healthy fruit being made in concrete and left out in the sun for for all to see.
The time it must have taken, and the thought put into it, especially deciding to have a single apple that has fallen out of the fruit bowl and onto the ground, made me smile.
